Our Story
Established in March 2023, Pink Peony Notary Services began as a way to step beyond the limitations of in-office notarizations and serve the community more directly. After over a decade of being a notary solely through my employer, I decided it was time to take ownership of what I could do with that commission—and turn it into something of my own. Honestly, I wish I had done it sooner.
What started with mobile notary services quickly expanded. Along the way, I discovered a genuine love for field inspections - which is something I never expected, but now can’t imagine not offering. There’s something satisfying about documenting properties clearly and professionally, helping clients see what they need to without setting foot on site.
Today, Pink Peony provides both mobile notary work and visual property inspections for real estate investors, STR hosts, mortgage lenders, and insurance companies. Every service is delivered with care, clarity, and communication at the core.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
